Indulge in flourless black bean brownies - a secret twist on classic chocolate treat that will surprise even the most discerning brownie lovers!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • In a blender, mix together beans, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, oil, instant coffee, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and generously top with chocolate chips.
  • Bake in the oven until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Allow the dish to come to room temperature and then slice it into 16 squares. Enjoy!
