Blue cheese dip with apple and celery

Enjoy crisp fruits and vegetables with tangy blue cheese dip for a delightful snack.
Ingredients:
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 100g mild blue cheese, crumbled
  • 250g tub creme fraiche
  • 6 pink lady apples, cut into wedges, cored
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • Extra 20g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into 6cm sticks
Instructions:
  • In a small frying pan over medium heat, warm oil and add garlic. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Transfer to a medium bowl and let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Blend cheese and creme fraiche into garlic until velvety. Mix apple with lemon juice in a bowl. Serve dip in a bowl and sprinkle with extra cheese. Enjoy with apple slices and celery.
