Creamy chia pudding with almond milk, blueberries, and maple syrup - perfect vegan dessert or snack.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds, or more to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, or more to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend almond milk, chia seeds, blueberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Divide the mixture into 3 ramekins or glasses.
  • Refrigerate until firm, ideally for 8 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
