Wholesome muesli pancakes - a delicious way to boost your morning with grains.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup Nature Valley™ toasted oats muesli blueberry
  • 3/4 cup Gold Medal™ white whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Combine the creamy buttermilk and wholesome muesli in a medium bowl and allow it to sit for 15 minutes to meld the flavors together.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients and whisk together until just mixed.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle or 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F. Spoon slightly less than 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot surface.
  • Cook pancakes until they puff up and the edges are dry. Flip them and cook the other sides until they turn golden brown.
