Whip up quick and wholesome blueberry oat muffins for a convenient breakfast option.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup fresh or Cascadian Farm® frozen organic blueberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Grease only the bottoms of 12 regular-size muffin cups with shortening, cooking spray, or line with paper baking cups.
  • Combine milk, brown sugar, oil, and egg in a large bowl. Gently mix in Bisquick mix and oats until just combined. Carefully fold in blueberries. Distribute batter evenly into muffin cups.
  • Bake until golden brown for 18 to 20 minutes, then promptly remove from the pan.
