Indulge in a quick and delicious treat that combines the best of desserts and cocktails in just 15 minutes - a spicy, boozy delight.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups chopped crisp all-purpose apples (such as Fuji)
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine Shooters ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed. Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
  • Combine Topping ingredients in a medium bowl, using your hands to mix. Scatter the crumbled topping evenly over the apples.
  • Bake until the topping turns a beautiful golden brown, typically 35 to 45 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to beat the Bourbon Cream ingredients until the mixture starts to thicken. Gradually increase the speed to high and beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Spoon cozy apple crisp into shot glasses and top with bourbon-infused cream. Serve while warm.
