Bourbon Slush

Tropical bourbon slush with pineapple, orange, lemonade, tea, sugar, whiskey, and fizzy soda.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 2 cups strong brewed black tea
  • 2 cups bourbon whiskey
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Instructions:
  • Combine pineapple juice, tea, whiskey, sugar, lemonade concentrate, and orange juice concentrate in a large bowl. Transfer the mixture into shallow bowls or dishes and freeze for 8 hours until firm.
  • Allow the frozen mixture to thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes. Use a wire whisk or potato masher to chop it into a slushy consistency. Fill glasses with scoops of the slush and then pour lemon-lime soda over the top.
