Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 cups Gold Medal™ Better for Bread™ flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 3/4 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • Carefully measure all ingredients, excluding raisins, and add them to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's instructions. Incorporate raisins either at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before the final kneading cycle concludes.
  • Choose either the Sweet or Basic/White cycle and select Medium or Light crust color. Once the bread is baked, remove it from the pan and allow it to cool on a wire rack.
