Transform leftover rice into a crispy breakfast delight with scrambled eggs and flavorful soy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cold cooked rice, or more to taste
  • 1 egg, or more to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced, or more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and spread rice in an even layer. Cook until crispy on the bottom, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Combine the egg with the rice until scrambled for about 2 minutes. Finish by sprinkling green onions on top and seasoning with soy sauce.
