Elevate your cheese plate with fresh, tangy berries in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 12 fresh raspberries
  • 125g round mini brie wheel
  • Fresh lemon thyme sprig, to serve
  • Sourdough bread, toasted, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Grease a 250ml (1 cup) ramekin. Spread the berries on the bottom of the ramekin. Top with brie.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the brie is warmed through. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with fresh lemon thyme, and serve warm with sourdough toast.
