Indulge in a heavenly mix of Chocolate Chex cereal and Betty Crocker brownie mix for a decadent and irresistible treat.
Ingredients:
  • 9 cups Chocolate Chex™ cereal
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup from 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 3 tablespoons candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 250°F and generously spray a 15x10-inch pan or large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place the cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and butter on High for 30 seconds; stir well. Heat in 30-second intervals until mixture is smooth when stirred.
  • Drizzle the mixture over the cereal and toss until fully coated. Sprinkle the dry brownie mix and candy sprinkles over the cereal and toss until thoroughly coated. Spread the coated cereal in a single layer in a pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes without a lid, remembering to stir halfway through. Allow to cool for approximately 15 minutes before tightly covering and storing at room temperature.
