Indulgent cookie cups oozing with gooey brownie filling for a decadent and irresistible treat loved by all.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Combine the flour and sugar in a large bowl, and set it aside.
  • Use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl until well combined. Gently mix into the flour mixture until just incorporated. Press the pastry dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of each cup of an ungreased 24-cup mini muffin pan.
  • Melt milk chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over gentle heat until smooth with a few lumps, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Allow it to cool a bit, then mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Dollop approximately 1 teaspoon of batter into each pastry-lined muffin cup.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the filling is slightly puffed. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
