Indulgent brownie batter pancakes, ready in just 20 minutes, topped with rich chocolate syrup and luscious whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup from 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Chocolate-flavor syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors rainbow mix or nonpareil decors
Instructions:
  • Prepare the griddle or skillet by spraying it with cooking spray or greasing it with vegetable oil or shortening. Heat over medium heat or to 350°F until the surface is ready (a few drops of water sprinkled on it should dance and disappear).
  • Combine Pancakes ingredients in a medium bowl until well mixed. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto a hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry and bubbles appear on top. Flip and cook until pancakes are golden brown.
  • Assemble a stack of pancakes on each plate and garnish with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and decorations.
