Rich chocolate hummus dip made with garbanzo beans, peanut butter, and cocoa powder. Ideal for pairing with fresh fruit for a delightful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons water, or more if needed
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend chickpeas, cocoa powder, sugar, olive oil, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Gradually add water while blending until you reach your desired consistency.
