Indulgent brownie batter dip with a wholesome twist of cashews and pinto beans. Perfect for anytime snacking or desserts!
Ingredients:
  • 1.3333333730698 cups canned pinto beans
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup raw cashews
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk, or more as needed
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • In a high-powered blender, blend pinto beans, cocoa powder, cashews, honey, and brown sugar until crumbly. Add almond milk and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
