Make perfect carrot souffle with mashed carrots, butter, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and eggs.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds carrots, chopped
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar for dusting
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • 1. Boil generously salted water in a large pot. Add carrots and cook until tender, approximately 15 minutes. After draining, mash the carrots and combine with melted butter, white sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix thoroughly before transferring to a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • After 30 minutes in the preheated oven, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.
