Ingredients:
  • 250g round brie or camembert
  • 450.00 gm sugar
  • Pecan or walnuts
Instructions:
  • Place the brie on a rack over a foil-lined baking sheet and scatter the nuts on top. In a heavy-based saucepan over low heat, combine the sugar and 1/2 cup water, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  • Turn up the heat to medium and continue cooking until the mixture transforms into a luscious golden caramel.
  • Submerge the pan's base in cold water to halt the cooking process. Drizzle the cheese over the top until fully covered, letting it elegantly cascade down the sides. Allow it to cool entirely.
