Indulgent ice cream dessert with a decadent chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients:
  • 420.00 gm Brand Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 250.00 ml caramel popcorn, coarsely chopped
  • 4 wafers
  • 90g Brand Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Allow the ice-cream to soften for 5 minutes in a bowl.
  • For the chocolate sauce, gently melt the chocolate with cream and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly for 3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Allow it to cool slightly before using.
  • Combine the popcorn with the ice cream, stirring well. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes or until it is firm.
  • Serve scoops of creamy, rich ice cream in bowls, generously drizzle with decadent chocolate sauce, and enjoy with crispy wafers for a delightful treat.
