Try these speedy tortilla melts for a delicious and convenient lunch option.
Ingredients:
  • 75g baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 50g feta, crumbled
  • 165.00 ml grated cheddar cheese
  • 30.00 ml shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4 flour burrito tortillas
Instructions:
  • Mix the spinach, onion, feta, and cheddar in a bowl and season with pepper to taste.
  • 1. Preheat the sandwich press while you assemble the quesadilla. Layer one tortilla on the press, spread the spinach mixture evenly, cover with another tortilla. 2. Cook until golden brown, then allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Cut into wedges and serve.
