Indulgent cheesecake brownies upgrade boxed mix with a luscious, effortless cream cheese swirl.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package brownie mix
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Combine brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs in a bowl until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
  • For the cheesecake topping, blend cream cheese, egg, and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread the mixture over the brownie batter and create swirls with a knife or skewer.
  • Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let them cool in the pan, then cut into 24 squares before serving.
