Delicious chicken and vegetable casserole made effortlessly with flavorful condensed soups.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
  • 2 large heads broccoli, chopped
  • 10 baby carrots, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup dry bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x12-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine the condensed soups until smooth. Spread chicken breast meat, broccoli, and carrots in a baking dish. Pour the soup mixture over the ingredients. Sprinkle basil, thyme, oregano, and paprika on top, then evenly spread Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs before baking.
  • Cook in the oven warmed up in advance for 45 minutes, until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese and crumbs are lightly browned.
