Homemade sports drink with tart cherry juice, lemon juice, water, and a pinch of salt for a natural and refreshing hydration boost.
Ingredients:
  • 32 fluid ounces water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 cups tart cherry juice (such as Knudsen®)
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a pot, bring water and salt to a boil until salt is dissolved in 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in cherry juice and lemon juice. Remove from heat and chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
