Easy and delicious vegan coconut bar cookies made with only 5 ingredients, featuring rolled oats for a chewy texture.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup agave nectar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine brown sugar, coconut oil, and agave nectar in a small pot and melt over medium heat until boiling. Take off the heat, mix in oats and flour, then pour the mixture into an 8-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes until firm. Cut into squares, lifting to cut from the side if needed.
