Ingredients:
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
  • After drying the chicken, gently coat each piece with a flavorful blend of ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, flour, a touch of oil, and salt to create a binding mixture.
  • Warm up 1 cup of oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
  • Sear chicken pieces in small batches in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes each. Avoid crowding the pan. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve immediately.
