Whip up a tasty chicken and broccoli pasta bake in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 145g alfredo with garlic & herbs pasta sauce
  • 643.75 gm reduced-fat milk
  • 500.00 gm hot water
  • 20.00 gm salt-reduced margarine
  • 1 Deli hot roast chicken, skin and bones removed, meat shredded
  • 125.00 ml semi-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 500g brand frozen Australian broccoli florets
  • 375.00 ml tasty cheddar shredded
Instructions:
  • Start the grill on high heat to get it nice and hot. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the pasta mix, milk, water, and margarine. Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the pasta is tender.
  • Combine the chicken, tomatoes, and broccoli with the pasta mixture, ensuring everything is well mixed. Transfer the mixture to a 1.5L baking dish and top with a generous sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Grill for 5-7 minutes until golden and bubbly.
