Indulge in a delicious chicken and bacon pie made with Pillsbury™ pie crusts for a delightful dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
  • 2 packages (6 oz each) refrigerated cooked chicken breast strips
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons cooked real bacon pieces (from 2.8-oz package)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese (1/2 oz)
  • 2 cups sliced romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup halved grape or cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Take the pie crust out of the pouch and gently unroll it onto an ungreased large cookie sheet. Shape the crust into a 12-inch round by either rolling it or pressing it down.
  • Place the chicken evenly over the dough, leaving a 1 1/2-inch border. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the dressing on top of the chicken and sprinkle with bacon. Fold the edge of the crust up over the chicken, pleating as needed. Finally, sprinkle 2 teaspoons of the cheese over the edge of the crust.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Let it cool on the cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Carefully slide the pie onto a serving plate using a metal spatula. Top with lettuce and tomatoes, drizzle with the remaining dressing, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and cut into wedges to serve.
