Creamed chicken topped with a buttery cracker crust. Deliciously rich and flavorful.
Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 40 buttery round crackers
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Dice the chicken into small pieces and arrange them in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine the soup and sour cream, then pour over the chicken. Top with dots of butter or margarine and sprinkle finely crumbled crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
