Chilli soy broccoli and honeyed walnuts

Elevate frozen broccoli with a simple and delicious chili soy glaze!
Ingredients:
  • 86.25 gm walnuts
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 250g packet chopped spinach, thawed (see note)
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 500g packet frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 long red chillies, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
  • 48.80 gm oyster sauce
Instructions:
  • - Preheat a wok over high heat. Toss in walnuts and stir-fry for 2 minutes until toasted. Drizzle in honey and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes until honey bubbles and walnuts are nicely coated. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Pat spinach dry to remove excess water. Clean wok and heat over high. Swirl in oil, add broccoli and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until thawed. Add garlic and chili and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir-fry spinach with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through. Mix in walnut mixture, season with pepper, and serve.
