Choc walnut brownies

Indulge guilt-free with these delicious, healthy chocolate brownies.
Ingredients:
  • 125g pkt water crackers
  • 250ml milk
  • 125.00 gm Splenda (sugar substitute)
  • 100g walnuts
  • 100g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), broken into pieces
  • 1 egg white
  • Cocoa power, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Lightly coat a 20cm square cake tin with olive oil spray. In a food processor, blitz water crackers into crumbs. Add milk, Splenda, and walnuts, then pulse until combined. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  • Microwave chocolate in a bowl for 30 seconds, stirring until smooth. Mix in egg white. Combine with biscuit mixture. Press into cake pan and bake for 30 minutes until done. Cut into squares and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
