Indulge in decadent golden biscuits filled with chocolate, cherries, and oats.
Ingredients:
  • 250g unsalted butter
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 115g light muscovado sugar*
  • 200g (1 1/3 cups) self-raising flour, sifted
  • 175g oats
  • 115g dark chocolate, cut into chunks
  • 85g white chocolate, cut into chunks
  • 50g glace cherries, roughly chopped
  • 50g raisins, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • In an electric mixer, whip butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in flour, oats, chocolates, cherries, and raisins. Form into 12 rounds and place on lined baking trays.
  • Arrange the rounds on the tray with enough space in between to spread while baking.
  • Bake until beautifully golden for 15-20 minutes.
