Chocolate Chip-Banana Bread

Delicious banana bread with chocolate surprise, made easy with Bisquick® mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 cups mashed very ripe bananas (2 large)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 2/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously grease the bottom of a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs until well mixed. Add Bisquick mix and chocolate chips, then transfer the mixture to a baking pan.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Then, gently remove the loaf from the pan and place it top side up on a wire rack. Let it cool completely for about 2 hours before slicing. For storage, tightly wrap and store at room temperature for up to 4 days or refrigerate for up to 10 days.
