Create festive chocolate tree toppers for cakes and desserts with ease.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (4 ounce) bars 85% dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently until smooth, about 5 minutes. Take it off the heat and let it cool slightly before using.
  • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Fill a small resealable plastic bag with melted chocolate and snip a small opening in one corner.
  • Using a piping bag, carefully create a Christmas tree shape on the parchment paper. Let it set in a cool place overnight until hardened.
  • Once the chocolate trees have set, gently detach them from the paper and use them to garnish your Christmas cakes or desserts.
