Indulge in a giant chocolate cookie for the ultimate treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white chocolate chunks (2 cups)
  • 1 jar (3.25 oz) macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed or mix with a spoon to combine brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and eggs until creamy. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Then gently fold in white chocolate chunks and nuts.
  • Spoon dough in 1/4 cup portions onto a large ungreased cookie sheet, keeping them about 2 inches apart. Avoid using a dark cookie sheet.
  • Bake the cookies for 13 to 16 minutes until set and dry. Be careful not to overbake. Let them cool for 1 minute, then transfer to a wire rack.
