Chocolate Frosting II

Decadent stovetop fudge frosting. Adjust with milk for perfect spreadability.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, then stir in cocoa and vanilla. Place confectioners' sugar in a large bowl, pour in cocoa mixture, and beat well until extremely thick. Gradually beat in milk, a teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
