Indulgent chocolate and creamy peanut butter combine in these irresistible Valentine's cookies topped with heart-shaped candies. Perfect for sharing the love on Valentine's Day!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 36 heart-shaped milk chocolate candies, unwrapped
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in a medium bowl until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into 36 (1-inch) balls, coat them with sugar, and place on ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Discard any extra sugar used for rolling the balls.
  • Bake until light golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Quickly press chocolate candy onto each cookie. Transfer cookies from baking sheets to cooling racks. Allow to cool completely for about 20 minutes before storing in an airtight container.
