Warm up your mornings with comforting breakfast muesli.
Ingredients:
  • 200g rolled oats
  • 50g hazelnuts
  • 55g almond
  • 50g shredded coconut
  • 55g sunflower seeds
  • 175g honey
  • 75g dried apricot
  • 200g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • Warm full cream milk, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, coconut, and sunflower seeds with honey. Spread mixture onto a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until evenly golden. Allow to cool before serving.
  • After the mixture has cooled, gently incorporate the apricot and chocolate. Enjoy with a side of warm milk.
