Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Pizza

Transform Betty Crocker Gluten-Free chocolate chip cookie mix into a delicious dessert pizza for the family to enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (19 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons gluten free hot fudge topping, heated
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine cookie mix, cocoa, butter, and egg in a large bowl and stir until a soft dough forms (the dough will be crumbly). Press the dough into a 12-inch pizza pan without greasing it.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until the cookie is puffed and set, then top with peanut butter chips, marshmallows, peanuts, and a generous drizzle of hot fudge topping.
  • Continue baking for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the chips are melted and marshmallows are puffed. Let it cool completely for about an hour, then cut into wedges.
