Chocolate-coated strawberry balls

Whip up these simple, nutritious raw energy balls as a convenient snack for kids and guests.
Ingredients:
  • 200g ripe strawberries, hulled
  • 85.00 gm desiccated coconut
  • 75.00 gm traditional oats
  • 40.00 ml white chia seeds
  • 33.60 gm coconut oil
  • 2 tsp acai powder (optional)
  • 85g 85% dark chocolate, melted
Instructions:
  • Blend strawberries until they form a smooth puree. Add all remaining ingredients except the dark chocolate and blend until well combined and mixture comes together.
  • Shape a heaping tablespoon of the mixture into balls and arrange them on a spacious baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Dip balls in luscious chocolate and let them rest on the tray until the chocolate is perfectly set.
