Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 0.25 cup chia seeds
  • 0.25 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, blend almond milk, chia seeds, coconut flakes, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Chill covered in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve topped with banana or preferred fruit.
