Cinnamon roll flavored popcorn - sweet and indulgent!
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups popped popcorn, or more to taste
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup corn syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a cozy 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and give your baking sheet a light grease before we start.
  • Transfer the popcorn to a spacious bowl.
  • In a saucepan, mingle brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt; bring to a gentle boil, giving it a stir now and then. Take it off the heat and stir constantly for 2 minutes while allowing it to cool.
  • Combine cinnamon, vanilla extract, and baking powder with the butter mixture. Drizzle the butter mixture over the popcorn, ensuring it is well coated. Add walnuts to the popcorn mix. Spread the popcorn in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Place the popcorn in the preheated oven and bake until the coating is firm, typically 10 to 12 minutes. Allow it to cool briefly before breaking it into pieces.
