Irresistible classic cheeseburger with all the essentials you need!
Ingredients:
  • 600g 3 Star Beef Mince
  • 10.00 gm Hamburger Seasoning
  • 41.60 gm Squeezy Tomato Sauce
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 20g butter
  • 1 brown onion, sliced into rings
  • 6 White Round Rolls, split, toasted
  • 46.80 gm American Mustard
  • 3 slices cheddar, halved diagonally
  • 12 slices beetroot
  • 3 dill pickles, thinly sliced
  • 80ml relish
Instructions:
  • Mix mince with MasterFoods Hamburger Seasoning and MasterFoods Squeezy Tomato Sauce in a bowl. Form 6 patties that are 10cm wide and 1.5cm thick.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil, then cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter until golden, then cook the onion, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  • - Arrange roll bases on a stylish platter. Layer on sliced onion and generously drizzle with MasterFoods American Mustard. Add the patties, cheddar cheese, beetroot, and pickles on top. Spread roll tops with a dollop of MasterFoods Tomato Relish and gently place them over to assemble your delicious burger.
