Indulge in a cozy casserole featuring creamy mushroom soup, crisp green beans, and crispy baguette chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics creamy mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Dash ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
  • 3 cans (14.5 oz each) cut green beans, drained
  • 1 cup Pillsbury™ Italian cheese & herb baguette chips (from 7-oz bag), crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine soup, soy sauce, pepper, bread crumbs, and green beans in an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Stir, then sprinkle with crushed baguette chips. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until chips are golden brown.
