Ingredients:
- 1 (15.25 ounce) package white cake mix
- 0.75 cup coconut milk
- 3 large eggs
- 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Combine cake mix, creamy coconut milk, eggs, oil, and water in a bowl. Use an electric mixer to blend everything for 2 minutes until smooth. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
- Bake until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center, about 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven.
