Simple four-ingredient summer dessert - no ice-cream maker needed!
Ingredients:
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8.80 gm vanilla extract
  • 53.60 gm golden syrup
  • Golden syrup, plus extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • Beat the cream, condensed milk, and vanilla with electric beaters until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the golden syrup. Transfer the mixture to a 1.5L (6 cup) airtight plastic container and freeze for 4 hours.
  • Chill the stand mixer bowl in the fridge while you prepare the other ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture into the cold mixer bowl and whip until smooth and creamy. Transfer it into a piping bag with a wide fluted nozzle. Pipe the mixture into small cups or cones if desired. If the ice-cream is too soft, pop the filled cups or cones back in the freezer for up to 30 minutes to slightly firm up.
  • Add a generous drizzle of extra golden syrup before serving.
