Transform your favorite fruit combo into a warm and easy cobbler dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries, raspberries, sliced peaches or strawberries (or combination of fruit)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish in the oven.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk. Pour the batter into a casserole dish over the butter without stirring. Spread the fruit evenly over the batter.
  • Bake for around 1 hour until the top is beautifully golden brown, then serve warm.
