Get festive this holiday season by adding tangy cranberries to a delightful apple pecan cake!
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9-inch fluted-tube pan, like a Bundt® pan.
  • Combine eggs, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Mix into egg mixture using a sturdy spoon. Gently fold in apples, cranberries, and pecans until evenly distributed. Pour batter into the pan.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
