Turn leftover turkey and stuffing into a creamy casserole with frozen spinach and condensed soup for a family-friendly meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups chopped leftover roasted turkey
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups leftover prepared stuffing
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • In a pan over medium heat, mix turkey, cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, condensed soup, salt, and pepper. Stir frequently and heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Pour the mixture into a 3 1/2-quart baking dish and sprinkle with leftover stuffing.
  • Bake covered until piping hot, approximately 30 minutes.
