Creamy mashed potatoes with butter, sour cream, and cream cheese, baked to golden perfection. Ideal side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 8 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 0.5 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, simmer potatoes fully submerged in water until tender, roughly 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes, then blend in cream cheese, butter, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix until creamy using a potato masher or electric mixer. Transfer the mixture into a large baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake until the top is beautifully golden brown in the preheated oven for around 30 minutes.
