Indulge in a decadent dinner of creamy baked pork chops with Sweet Peas and potatoes for a delightful family meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (1 lb. 4-oz.) pkg. refrigerated new potato wedges with skins
  • 1 cup frozen sweet peas
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Season pork chops with seasoned salt. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat until hot. Cook pork chops until golden brown on both sides.
  • Combine soup, milk, and Worcestershire sauce in a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish until smooth. Stir in potatoes and peas until coated. Place browned pork chops on top of potato mixture and cover with foil.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Remove the cover and continue baking for an extra 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes and pork chops are tender.
