Low-carb deep-dish pizza quiche with mozzarella crust and creamy filling, customizable with favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously coat a pie dish with cooking spray.
  • Create a cheesy crust by firmly pressing 2 cups of mozzarella cheese into the bottom and sides of the pie dish.
  • Using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese and eggs until velvety. Mix in cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Transfer the mixture into the pie dish.
  • Place in the hot oven for 30 minutes.
  • Top the dish with marinara sauce and the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella. Return it to the oven and bake until bubbly, for about 10 to 12 more minutes.
  • Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting and presenting.
